✨ ✨ My journey — from control to trust
I have always been a doer.
Driven, creative, full of ideas — the one who made things happen.
But also the one who carried a little too much, for a little too long.
After years of high pace, small children, and running businesses, my body said stop.
Burnout. A pause. A chance to begin again.
And just as I started to rise, life hit me with another blow —
an event that changed everything.
That day, something inside me broke.
But something new was born as well.
A determination.
A clarity.
A deep understanding of how important it is that we, as women, don’t wait to take care of ourselves until everything collapses.
Since then, I’ve built my life differently.
Less performance. More meaning.
Less control. More trust.
That’s why I create.
So no other woman has to go through a breaking point
just to start truly living.
I call myself a Life Creator — because I don’t believe life is meant to be solved.
It’s meant to be created.
With heart, humor, and a little coffee on my sweater ☕️
