trust<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">I have always been a doer.<br>Driven, creative, full of ideas \u2014 the one who made things happen.<br>But also the one who carried a little too much, for a little too long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">After years of high pace, small children, and running businesses, my body said stop.<br>Burnout. A pause. A chance to begin again.<br>And just as I started to rise, life hit me with another blow \u2014\nan event that changed everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">That day, something inside me broke.<br>But something new was born as well.<br>A determination.\nA clarity.\nA deep understanding of how important it is that we, as women, <strong>don\u2019t wait to take care of ourselves until everything collapses.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Since then, I\u2019ve built my life differently.<br>Less performance. More meaning.<br>Less control.
